This warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty – including, but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular use or purpose.
Any Phynyx Industrial product which is damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or misapplication, is not covered by any warranty.

If you choose to cancel an order, please call customer service at 1-832-953-5372. Production orders can only be cancelled with the prior approval of Phynyx Industrial Time and material charges may apply. If you are dissatisfied with any Phynyx Industrial product, you have 30 days to return it for credit/refund with the prior approval of Phynyx Industrial Call customer service at 1-832-953-5372 and tell us what you would like to return and why you wish to return it. Once the return is approved and we receive the item(s) we will credit the material purchase price. All material must be in its original packaging, in “like-new” condition and returned to Phynyx Industrial Products Pvt. Ltd., 157, Modi Street, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400 001 freight prepaid in order to qualify for a credit/refund. Products requested to be returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and prior approval by Phynyx Industrial. Phynyx Industrial will make a prompt, good-faith effort to repair or replace, at its option, any of its products which have been found to be defective with previous authorization from Phynyx Industrial Phynyx Industrial is not responsible for removal, installation or any other incidental expenses incurred in shipping the product to and from the customer’s location.
Phynyx Industrial shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, or any other circumstances or causes beyond the control of Phynyx Industrial in the conduct of its business.
Phynyx Industrial’s acceptance of any order is subject to the Purchaser’s assent to all of these terms and conditions. All other contrary terms and conditions are expressly rejected, and no addition or modification of terms and conditions shall be binding upon Phynyx Industrial unless agreed to in writing.
If any provision of these Terms of Purchase shall be deemed illegal or unenforceable, such illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other legal provision thereof.
